Lon Nol, le "Quisling" Cambodgien, Soi-disant "president" de la soi-disant "Republique Khmer", vient de lancer a son Excellance Mr. Kurt Waldheim, sécrétaire général de l'O.N.U. une initiation officielle à effectuer une visite à Phnom Penh pour L'aider à obtenir du F.U.N.C. et du G.R.U.N.C. qu'ils acceptent de négocier "la paix" avec le Régime des traitres Phnom Penhois.
