Ket Cha Kun, worker of Factory T-4, confessed that Chhay Ly, working at Factory K-2, was a worker of Kim Chhe Heng in 1973 and entered the CIA with the supervisor being an acceptor through the network of Hao Seng. Chhay Ly persuaded factory workers to go against the revolution but to love the CIA. In other words, Chhay Ly lured workers of factory K-2 to loath chief of the factory.
ឈ្មោះកេត ចាគន្ទ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆាយ លី នៅរោងចក្រក-២ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ជាកម្មករគឹម ឆែហាង ហើយចូលសេអ៊ីអាអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ចាងហ្វាងរោងចក្រជាខ្សែរបស់ ហោ សេង។ ឆាយ លី បំផុសកម្មកររោងចក្រឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបខ្មែរ ក្រហម, បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្រឡាញ់សេអ៊ីអា និង បំផុសកម្មកររោង ចក្រក-២ ឱ្យស្អប់អ្នកដឹកនាំរោងចក្រនេះ។
