Koh Sou aka Sarin, Soldier of Division 310, conceded that Sien was chief of Mak, Soldier of Division 310. In March 1976, Sien assigned Koh Sou and Mak to take part in an activity against the revolution and to receive plan from Chum to contact former networks, who had carried out activities against the party. After receiving that plan, Mak frequently found out and contacted former networks. Up to now, Mak still contacted former networks and took part in activities of destroying revolutionary properties, but Koh Sou aka Sarin didn't confirm Mak's activities in detail.
ឈ្មោះកោះ ស៊ូ ហៅ សារិន យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សៀន ជាមេរបស់ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាក យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៣១០ ជាយូរមកហើយ។ សៀន បានប្រាប់ខ្លួន និង ម៉ាក ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដជាមួយគ្នា ហើយនៅខែ៣ ១៩៧៦ បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ ជុំ ឱ្យទាក់ទងខ្សែចាស់ៗ ដែលប្រឆាំងបក្ស យូរហើយ។ ក្រោយពីទទួលផែនការមក ម៉ាក ដើរទាក់ទងសេរីរកខ្សែចាស់គ្មាន ឈប់។ ការទាក់ទងរកខ្សែចាស់ និងសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ បដិវត្ដ ម៉ាក នៅតែធ្វើបន្ដរហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន តែសកម្មភាពលំអិត របស់ ម៉ាក្ប កោះ ស៊ូ ហៅ សារិន បញ្ជាក់ទេ។
