In all South Vietnamese cities, revolutionary power was set up at various levels following liberation. This fact of tremendous importance sealed the fate of the US-installed administration, instrument of US neocolonialism in South Vietnam. The people have reguard their right as master of the country, and the townsfolk have become masters of their streeds, factories, milles, schools, wharves and of every aspect of the new life. P1
