So it looks as though the three rival "democratic" parties in Timor will win their Joint Compaign to slow down the advent of democracy in Libon's midget emancipated territory. Their earlier, Uniquely United demand for a postponement of the plebisecte on national and International status, set provisionally for next march (year of the hare) had failed. But, now, following the visit of Lisbon's overseas territories minister the, odds seem to favour a national assembly and a constitution before the plebiscite.
