Heng Hoeun, 25, was a native of Kampong Cham province. Hoeun was a chief of platoon of Ng-75, Eastern Zone. Hoeun joined the CIA in 1973 at big prison and longed for rank. In a battlefield of national road no.1, Hoeun escaped to the enemy, but the enemy accused him of spying for information and being imprisoned. After the liberation, Hoeun infiltrated into old unit and contacted Yim Saroeung, Phuong, Sorya, and persuaded and spread campaign to lure soldiers and people of Eastern Zone to counter the revolution. At units, Hoeun convinced soldiers to have no confidence in the revolution and to forget their sufferings during the war and fled from the revolutionary lines.
ឈ្មោះហេង ហឿន អាយុ ២៥ ឆ្នាំ ស្រុកកំណើតនៅកំពង់ចាម។ ហឿន ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូចក្នុងង-៧៥ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ហឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងគុកធំ ដោយចង់បានបុណ្យសក្ដិ។ ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធនៅសមរភូមិផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១ ហឿនបានរត់ចូលខ្មាំង តែខ្មាំងចោទថាចូលមកយកការណ៍ហើយក៍ចាប់ដាក់គុក។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះហឿនបានមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅអង្គភាពចាស់ ហើយបាន ទាក់ទងជាមួយយឹម សារឿង, ភួង, សូរីយា ធ្វើការបំផុសនិង ឃោសនាអូសទាញយុទ្ធជននិងប្រជាជននៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ាឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដន៍។ តាមអង្គភាពបានបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យអស់ជំនឿលើបដិវត្ដ ឱ្យបំភេ្លចពីការឈឺចាប់ក្នុងការតស៊ូធ្វើសង្គ្រាមនិងឱ្យរត់ចេញពី ជួរបដិវត្ដន៍។
