Hanoi, January 30-Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia arrived here today from Peking for a week-long visit. The Soviet ambassador was absent from the group of forcing diplomats present to greet the prince. The prince made his statements the day after he had long talk with Chinese Premier Chou En-Lai.
