Phnom Penh, Cambodia, February 2-Some movement of Vietnamese Communist out of battle areas was reported here today, but there was a differece of opinion as of its significance. The Cambodia command said that incidents seemingly indecative of withdrawal were similar to espisodes in the past that reflected merely a normal ebb and flow of hostilites.
