Presidential adviser Henry A.Kissinger Woll hold meetings in Bangkok Friday on cease-fire prospects in Cambodia and Laos before proceeding to Hanoi and Peking the White House announced yesterday. Press Secretary Roonald L.Ziegler said also that the United States and North Vietnam had agreed on Paris as the site o f a 12-power conference to guarantee the Vietnam agreement.
