Aom Soek, mechanic of train, confessed that Thach Kim, train driver, joined the CIA in 1968. From July 1972 to September 1975, Thach Kim received the plots from Kiry Phalla to come up with the liberal culture for the people, to expand CIA forces to search for Khmer Rouge bases, to assign agents to revolutionary army, to put poison and to shoot to kill revolutionary cadre and to convince the people to hate the revolution.
ឈ្មោះអោម សឹក ជាងជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពពីឈ្មោះ ថាច់ គឹម អ្នកបើករទេះភ្លើងថាៈ ថាច់ គឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ តាំងពីខែ៧-១៩៧២ រហូតដល់ ខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ថាច់ គឹម បានទទួលផែនការពីគិរី-ផល្លា ឱ្យបំផុសវប្បធម៌សេរីដល់ប្រជាជន ពង្រីកកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា តាមដានរកមូលដ្ឋនខ្មែរក្រហម ចាត់តាំងភ្នាក់ងារបង្កប់ក្នុងកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ ដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុល លបបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដនិងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដន៍។
