Beng Pum, 24, lived in Pratheat village, Prek Sdei sub-district, district 18, region 25. Pum was a student of grade 7 and abandoned his study in 1970. Pum joined the revolution in Vietnam at C-1. Pum was a monk and disrobed in October 1970. Pum once joined the revolution in November 1970, was a member of unit 117, region 25, in 1972, and a messenger of committee 116, division 12. A year later, Pum was transferred to battalion 138, division 12, a member of unit 99 in 1975 and a chief of group. On October 30, 1975, Pum was imprisoned in unit 44 because Phuong assigned him to against the revolution. The document bore a written letter Beng Pum, asking for the release of the above name.
ឈ្មោះបេង ពុំ អាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិប្រធាតុ ឃុំព្រែកស្ដី ស្រុក ១៨ តំបន់ ២៥។ ជាសិស្សរៀនថ្នាក់ទី ៧ ឈប់រៀននៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ពុំ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅកន្លែងវៀតណាម សេ-១។ ធ្លាប់បួសជានេន ហើយសិកមកវិញនៅខែ១០-១៩៧០។ ខែ១១-១៩៧០ ពុំ ចូលបដិវត្ដម្ដងទៀត។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មកនៅកង ១១៧ តំបន់ ២៥ ដល់ខែ៤-១៩៧៣ ជានីរសាគណៈ ១១៦ កងពល ១២។ មួយឆ្នាំក្រោយមកនៅវរសេនាតូច ១៣៨ កងពល ១២។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ នៅកង ៩៩ មាននាទីជាប្រធានក្រុម។ ថ្ងៃ៣០-១០-១៩៧៥ ពុំ ជាប់នៅ ៤៤ ដោយមូលហេតុឈ្មោះភួង ចាត់តាំងឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ឯកសារនេះមានចំណារថាសូមស្នើ អង្គការដោះលែងឈ្មោះនេះ។
