Comrade Ieng Sary, deputy prime minister in charge of Foriegn Affair and the head of Democratic Kampuchea delegation in the 10th extraordinary session of United Nation general assembly on the topic of reducing weapons stated that the Cambodia people wanted to gather its forces and power in order to achieve its greatest ideal. However, the imperialists and other interesting parties always hindered Cambodian people peaceful effort.
សមមិត្ដ អៀង សារី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទទួលបន្ទុកខាងកិច្ចការ បរទេស ប្រធានគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ បានមាន ប្រសាសន៍នៅក្នុងសម័យប្រជុំវិសាមព្ញាទី១០ នៃមហាសន្និបាត អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ស្ដីពីការកាត់បន្ថយសព្វាវុធថាៈ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាចង់ប្រមូលកម្លាំង និងថាមពលរបស់ខ្លួនទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីសំរេចឧត្ដមគតិដ៏ធំធេងរបស់ខ្លួន។ ប៉ុន្ដែមហាអំណាច់ចក្រពត្ដិ និយមនិងបក្សពួករំខាននិងរារាំងជាប់ជានិច្ចដល់ការខំប្រឹងប្រែងដោយ សន្ដិភាពនេះ របស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាយើង។
