Pen Saran, chief of factory T-4 section, confessed that Vuthy, chief of factory T-4 section, indoctrinated Vuthy with treason in March 1976. In May 1976, Vuthy damaged three alternators. In January 1977, Vuthy said of the morality and damaged materials in factory.
ឈ្មោះប៉ែន សារ៉ន ប្រធានផ្នែករោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វុទ្ធី ប្រធានផ្នែករោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំវុទ្ធី ឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ូទ័រម៉ាស៊ីនកី៣គ្រឿង។ នៅ ខែ១-១៩៧៧ វុទ្ធី បំផុសពីបញ្ហាសីលធម៌, ធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភាៈ ក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
