Summary / Abstract :

"In the occupied zone, the enemy prohibits the inhabitants from leaving their villages without authorization. He kills the family members of those who do not return [home] after the expiration of permissions which are sometime given. He deprives the inhabitants of all that they need: The ill have died without care and medicine. He forbids the sale of agricultural products: he exerts pressures on the people to sell himrice, poultry and other foodstaffs at very Low prices and the enemy attacks religion: Some 220 monastaries destroyed, so monks, 47 wounded and 400 refugees in Phnom Penh."
