Summary / Abstract :

At the Saigon presidential elections are only three weeks away, the situation is not heartening for the Washington rulers and their Saigonese satraps. "Vietnamization"is marking time. The GIS who, some time before, had evacuated the territory bordering on the DMZ, have gone back there by the thousands. The presence of Saigon troops alone cannot set Mr. Nixon mind at peace in face of the activities of the patriotic.
