A special communique was released on Desember 31, 1971 by the DRVN commision for investigation of the US imperialists war crimes in Vietnam to pressmen in Hanoi on US raids from December 26 to 29 on populated centres belonging to Thang Hao, Nghe An and quang Binh province and Vinh Linh area.
