At the invitation of DRVN president Ton Duc Thang, Samdech Norodom Sihanouk head of state of Kampuchea and president of the Monique Sihanouk, have been on an unofficial visit to the DRVN since February 12 for the tet festival. On the evening of February the Cambodian leader and other distingished Cambodian guests visited the traditional "flowers market" in Hanoi.
