From the second quarter of the past year, it has been quite clear to everyone that general abrams, commander of US troops Indochina, has lot the initiative. In Cambodia, Chenla 2, the biggest operation ever mounted by the Lon Nol quislings ended in a complete fiasco. The Vietnam rightist army Vang Pao's clandestine army and the Thai mercenaries were beaten hollow, in the plain of jars and on the Boloven plateau.
