Chairman Edward M.Ken nedy, (D-Mass) announced yesterday that the senate judiciary subcommittee on refugees in sending a mission to Indochina to study postwar humanitarian needs. The mission is the seventh since 1965 in the subcommittee's study of the impact of the war on children refugees and civilian casualties.
