Summary / Abstract :
Back to the bombing: Hong Kong: Waht second to be the last act in the America scenario for Cambodia unfolded last week. As the communist streanghold on Phnom Penh tightened, the second invasion of Cambodia was mounted from the South Vietnamese side- Just as the first had been, three year ago to the month. Marshal Lon Nol followed up with the removal of his cabinet and the call for a new "political council" for several months the American stage managers in Phnom Penh had been asking the ailing Marshal to "bread-base" his government, and the shaky president had been stalling. Now, evidently, the wars too weak even to stall. p. 1
