Prime Minister Kirk claims that Morth Vietnamese are violating the Viet Nam ceasefire agreements relating to Cambodia by sending troops and materials into that country. This is the U.S fiction used to justify the massive U.S bombardment of the Cambodian Liberation Forces which have the puppet regime of Lon Nol bottled up in the cities.
