Phnom Penh, March 18 (UPI)-Communist rebels unleashed rokets attacks on this city suburbs today before celebrations of the third anniversary of Prince Norodom Sihanouk's over throw began. The prince's mother and eight other members of the former royal family were placed under arrest after a bombing attack on the presidential palace yesterday by the prince's son-in-law.
