Chann Sinakk and Sieng Vann Than aka Ik, working at Prek village water pump, confessed that Nep Srem aka Yam, working at Prek village water pump. In 1970, Yoam, who had entered the Republic Socialist Party, joined the CIA through Koem Kethary and Robert Teze. On April 17, 1975, Chann Sinakk educated Yoam on anti-revolutionary perception. In June 1975, Yoam received Chann Sinakk's plans to have workers complained about insufficient eating.
ឈ្មោះចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់ និង សៀង វ៉ាន់ថន ហៅ អ៊ឹក នៅម៉ាស៊ីនទឹក ភូមិព្រែក ឆ្លើយពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ ណិប ស្រែម ហៅ យាំ នៅម៉ាស៊ីនទឹក ភូមិព្រែកថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ យាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុង ខ្សែ កឹម កេត្ថារី និង រ៉ូប៉ែ៊តេសេ្ស, ធ្លាប់ចូលគណបក្សសង្គម សាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់ អប់រំ យាំ ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ, នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ យាំ ទទួលផែនការពី ចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់ បំផុសកម្មករពីបញ្ហាស៊ីមិនឆ្អែត។
