Summary / Abstract :
|
On June 3, 1970, Mr. Nixon promised he would henceforth bomb in Cambodia only "to protect the lives and security of our forces in South Vietnam." Those forces have now gone home. But the President continue to bomb. The contradiction is acute and it is made the more so far the president by the fact that its implication extend beyond Cambodia.
