Chann Sinakk, electrician of water works, confessed that Hing, soldier of Prek village water works, was a soldier of building construction. In May 1975, Hing joined the CIA through Chann Sinakk. Hing destroyed lime tubes, drive-belt and air pump machines.
ឈ្មោះចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់ ជាងភ្លើងរដ្ឋករទឹក ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីង យុទ្ធជនរដ្ឋករទឹកភូមិព្រែកថាៈ ហ៊ីង ជាទាហានជាងជួសជុលសំណង់។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ហ៊ីង ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់។ ហ៊ីង បានកំទេចបំពង់បង្ហូរកំបោរ កំទេចខ្សែពាន និង កំទេច ម៉ាស៊ីនខ្យល់។
