In the early morning hours of Aug. 15, 1973, US imperialism's military machine ground to a halt in Indochina. After eight years of the most intensive aerial bombardment in history, the US government was forced to acknowledge the futility of a policy which had wreaked unprecedented havoc against the people of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
