The biography of Pech Phuong, soldier of platoon 91, company 99, battalion 267, division 12, was below. Pech Phuong was born in Prek Tatieng village, Chroy Takeo sub-district, district 18, region 25. He studied at Wat Chroy Takeo school at grade 11 between 1965 and 1968. In 1970, he joined the revolution with Vietnam at artillery unit at unit C-6. In November 1970, he returned to his home and gotmarried with Mok Kung. In December 1970, Phuong joined the revolution again with Vises Chheng, cadre of region company, being an introducer. In 1973, Phuong worked for artillery unit and then 100-member cell of company, division 260. In 1975, Phuong came to work at office of regiment 270 of logistics. After that, he was transferred to office 90, division 12, cell 99, office 44. Phuong attended the meeting with Eng on plots to put poison and kill soldiers. He convinced soldiers to surrender to the enemy and receive the indoctrination from Eng to shoot dead cadre and launch anti-revolutionary activities.
ឈ្មោះប៉ិច ភួង យុទ្ធជននៅអនុសេនាតូច ៩១ អនុសេនាធំ ៩៩ វរសេនាតូច ២៦៧ កងពល ១២ មានប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពដូចខាង ក្រោម។ ប៉ិច ភួង កើតនៅភូមិព្រែកតាទៀង ឃុំជ្រោយតាកែវ ស្រុក ១៨ តំបន់ ២៥។ រៀននៅសាលាវត្ដជ្រោយតាកែវក្នុង ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥-៦៨ ថ្នាក់ទី ១១។ ១៩៧០ ចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដជាមួយ វៀតណាមនៅអង្គភាពសេ-៦ ខាងកាំភ្លើងធំ។ ខែ១១-១៩៧០បានត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញហើយនការប្រពន្ទឈ្មោះ ម៉ុក គង់។ ខែ១២-១៩៧០ ភួង បានចូលបដិវត្ដម្ដងទៀតអ្នកឧទេ្ទស នាមឈ្មោះវិសេស ឆេង កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំរបស់តំបន់។ ១៩៧៣ ភួង មាននាទីផ្នែកកាំភ្លើងធំ ក្រោយមកកងរយក្នុង កងអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៦០។ ១៩៧៥ ភួង មកនៅមន្ទីរ វរសេនាធំ ២៧០ភ្នែកភស្ដុភារ។ បន្ទាប់មកនៅមន្ទីរ ៩០ កងពល ១២, កង ៩៩ មន្ទីរ ៤៤។ ភួង បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ អេង ពីផែនការដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុលយុទ្ធជន បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង និង ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីអេង ឱ្យបាញ់សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងធ្វើ សកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដផេ្សងៗទៀត។
