Phnom Penh, Nov. 18 (NYT) - A Cambodian air force plane dropped three of four bombs on the pesidential palace to killing at least three persons blowing holes in roofs, shredemg doors and showering fragments of glass throughout the palace grounds. President Lon Nol was not hurt, according to a governments spokesman.
