Pong Pann, 25, had a wife of being a farmer class and free labor. Pann joined the Vietnamese troop in C-2 in 1970 and got out. In early 1972, Pann joined Cell 117, Company 72, and then fled to his home for three months. In late 1973, Pann was assigned by grass-root authority to District 18 Cell and by Pann to induce 7 youths to serve as soldiers. The document written requested for "release".
ឈ្មោះប៉ុង ប៉ាន់ អាយុ ២៥ ឆ្នាំ មានប្រពន្ធ វណ្ណភាពជាកសិករ ពលករសេរី។ ចូលកងទ័ពវៀតណាមនៅសេ-២ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ក្រោយមកចេញវិញ។ ដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលកង ១១៧ អនុសេនាធំ ៧២ បន្ទាប់មករត់ទៅផ្ទះរយៈពេល៣ខែ។ ចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មូលដ្ឋានឱ្យទៅនៅកងស្រុក ១៨ ហើយបានទទួលការចាត់តាំងឱ្យប៉ាន់ ចលនាយុទ្ធជនទៅធ្វើទាហានបានចំនួន ៧នាក់។ ឯកសារនេះមាន ចំណារឱ្យដោះលែង។
