An officer in the puppet air forces who opposed the traitorous Lon Nol clique, Pech Lim Kuong bombed the puppet Phnom Penh presidential palace on the afternoon on November 19. This was the second bombing of the palace. The first one was carried out on March 17 this year by a patriotic officer, So Photra.
