Saigon, Sept. 10 (NYT). Fighting between North Vietnamese troops and Cambodian communists in southeastern Cambodia is continuing, despite attempts by some senior officials on both sides to stop it, American intelligence sources say. The conflict, which has been going on in the area near the South Vietnamese border since July, is apperently the result of a serious split among the Cambodian communists, the US analyst now believe.
