You claim that 1968 I gave tacit approval to your government's carring out bombing raids against my own country (Asia, August 6). I protest this inaccuracy, I remind you that in 1969 I produced a White Paper, with photographic proof, denouncing and condemning the savage raids by the U.S. Air Force against Cambodia-raids whose only victims were Khmer and not Vietnamese Communists.
