Phnom Penh, Dec. 28 (AP) - Government forces north of Phnom Penh on the west bank of the Makong River repulsed an insurgent attack on a defense poisition, while on Highway 4 west of the capital a number of rebel assaults were also unsuccessful, military sources reported today.
