Phnom Penh, Dec. 30 (WP) - Cambodian rebels fired four rockets into central Phnom Penh today, killing at least seven persons and wounded many more. In the fourth rocket attack in a week, the rebels hit Lon Nol's Presidential Palace compound and the residence of the U.S. assistant air attaché at 9 am. Two hours later, two rockets launched in a south-central market place, setting a dozen wooden houses on fire in a two-block area. Hundred of residents fired the burning area, carrying away mattresses, furniture and animals.
