Yim Oeun, Chev Chhon aka Mon, and An Seng Heang aka Phon confessed that Phat, secretary of Regiment, Division 450, was a traitor and received the plots to build up traitors, convince the people to counter the revolution, steal materials for the Free Khmer and report to the Vietnamese.
