Yim Oeun, Member of Phsar Thmei rice warehouse, Chev Chhon, Soldier of Regiment, Division 310, and An Chun, Soldier of Regiment, Division 310, confessed that Phat, Secretary of Regiment, Division 450, was Khuon's network. In 1975, Phat was responsible for building up anti-revolutionary forces, persuading people and combatantss to go against the revoluion and providing equipment to the White Khmer party at local areas.
ឈ្មោះ យឹម អឿន ឃ្លាំងអង្គរផ្សារថ្មី, ចេវ ឆុន វរសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ និងឈ្មោះ អាន ជុន វរសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផាត លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ជាខ្សែ ក្បត់របស់ ឃួន។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ផាត មានតួនាទីកសាងកម្លាំង ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជននិងយុទ្ធជនឱ្យ ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ទទួលយកសម្ភារៈទៅឱ្យខ្មែរសនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋាន។
