Summary / Abstract :

Cambodia became a peasant-worker-soldier state last week, with the January 5 adoption if a 21-article constitution. The constitution was approved in December by a 1,000 member national congress in Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital. Cambodia is now officially designated as the Democratic State of Cambodia and will have Prince Norodom Sihanouk as its president.
