New York (LNS)--Cambodia adopted a new constitution on January 5. Reflecting the goals of the revolution that liberated Cambodia last April, it states "every peasant proprietor of the fields." With the new constitution, the country officially became Democratic Cambodia with a new national anthem and flag.
