Bangkok, Feb. 26 (AP). -- More than 10,000-members of the Cambodian armed forces massed in Phnom Penh yesterday to protest a reported U.S. raid against the provincial capital of Siem Reap wednesday, Radio Phnom Penh said today. The Cambodia government had previousely charged that the raid by U.S. F-111 jets killed 15 persons. The accusation was denied by U.S and Thai officials.
