For the first time, the Cambodian radio yesterday emphasised Prince Norodom Sihanouk's historic role in the "Struggle Against Imperialism." The broadcast, monitored in Bangkok by AFP, named only two other leaders in this context, Penn Nouth and Khieu Samphan, omitting any refernce to Ieng Sary who has been regarded as Cambodia's "Strongman".
