Haft a milliom Cambodians have perished since the Khmer Rouge regime took power in Cambodia a year ago. Time magazine said on sunday. The magazine reported that number of persons who have been executed or died of disease or starvation amounts to about one-tenth of Cambodia's population. The report was compiled from accounts of refugees.
