Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Yuos Chhit aka Chum, [soldier of]battalion 232, regiment 23, division 310, confessed that Chhin, saw mill worker of Kampong Cham, was a network of Chakrei, secretary of division 170. Chhin linked network with general Set Sam-Iet at Cambodian-Thai border and Pen Sopheap, deputy secretary of Preah Sdech district. In term of foreign affairs, Sek Sam-Iet reported to Chhin. Chhin reported to Pen Sopheap who continued to report to the Free Khmer across Eastern Zone. The plan to attack the party was made on 30 September 1976.
ឈ្មោះ យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ វរសេនាតូច ២៣២ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឈិន កម្មករអាឈើ នៅកំពង់ចាមថាៈ ឈិន ជាខ្សែរយៈរបស់ចក្រី លេខាកងពល ១៧០។ ឈិន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈជាមួយឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ សេត សំអៀត នៅទល់ដែនខ្មែរ-សៀម និងភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយប៉ែន សុភាព អនុលេខាស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច។ ពីសភាពការណ៍ក្រៅប្រទេស សេក សំអៀត រាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈិន ហើយឈិន រាយការណ៍ឱ្យទៅប៉ែន សុភាព ហើយសុភាព រាយការណ៍បន្ដទៅឱ្យពួកខ្មែរសេរីទូទាំង ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ដូចជាផែនការវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-១៩៧៦។
