From Bruce Palling Phnom Penh, March 10. About 20 Britons are expected to be evacuated from Phnom Penh tomorrow on a special RAF Hercules flight to Singapore. The number may increase by tomorrow, but British Embassy officials say about 30 Britons will remain, dispite an embassy letter warning them that this will be the last evacuation flight provided by the embassy.
