Phnom Penh, March 9 (AP). U.S Cargo jets defied heavy insurgent shelling today to fly 1,300 tons of rice, fuel and ammunition in to the airport of besieged Phnom Penh. The shelling killed 10 persons on the ground, but U.S officials said non of the planes was hit.
