Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of Battalion 290, confessed that Sam Son, secretary of Battalion, Battalion 91 Artillery, Division 290, entered the Free Khmer through Thuch aka Chham, secretary of Region 23. Sokh Yan, secretary of Battalion, Division 290, confessed that Sam Son was a Free Khmer. In 1970, Sam Son transferred the traitors from Thuch to Nguon Penh. The two persuaded soldiers to defect from their lines, to destroy the revolutionary forces at battlefield and, moreover, soldiers and people to digust the revolutionary. In an September 30, 1976 anti-party plan, Sam Son was in charge of artillery.
ឈ្មោះ យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច ២៩០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សំ សុន លេខាវរសេនាតូច កាំភ្លើងធំ វរសេនាតូច ៩១ កងពល ២៩០ ថាៈ សំ សុន ចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ធុច ហៅ ឆាំ លេខាតំបន់ ២៣។ ឈ្មោះ សុខ យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឆ្លើយថា សំ សុន ជាខ្មែរសេរី។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ សំ សុន ដូរខ្សែក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ធុចទៅឈ្មោះងួន ពេញ ហើយពីរនាក់នេះបានបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោរជួរ បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ក្នុងសមរភូមិនិងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន ប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។ ក្នុងផែនការវាយបក្ស៣០-៩-១៩៧៦ សំ សុន ជាអ្នកកាន់ ខាងកាំភ្លើងធំ។
