Phnom Penh, March 1 (WP). Cambodian President Lon Nol announced today that he had accepted the resignation of the commander in chief of the armed forces, Lf. Gen. Sosthene Fernandez, and ordered that the cabinet be reshuffled «as soon as possible in response to the necessity of the hour.» The cabinet shake up is expected within days.
