Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of Battalion 232, Regiment 23, Division 290, confessed that Um Voeun, Chief of Office of Region 24, was a member of the Free Khmer and conducted activities in convincing the people to hate the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច ២៣២ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ រឿន ប្រធានមន្ទីរតំបន់ ២៤ ចូលខ្មែរសេរី ហើយបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ដើរឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
