From Bruce Palling Phnom Penh, March 16. All Cambodian government forces have been pushed off the western bank of the Mekong river opposite the ferry town of Neak Luong 30 miles south-east of Phnom Penh, according to the high command. Some soldiers were said to be swiming for their lives, in the face of heavy rebel fire, to the eastern bank.
