Yun Soeun aka Yus, chief of handicraft of eastern zone, confessed that Keo Samnag, chief of eastern zone soldiers, assigned him to make contact with Chab Sarun, member of commercial committee of eastern zone, to be hidden at the commercial ministry of eastern zone in order to build traitorous network for being ready to attack the party on September 30, 1976.
ឈ្មោះ យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ កែវ សំណាង គណៈយោធាភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបាន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យខ្លួន ទៅទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ចាប សារុន សមាជិក គណៈពាណិជ្ជកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាហើយឱ្យចាប សារុន បង្កប់ខ្លួនកសាង កម្លាំងកុ្នងអង្គភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៦។
