Bangkok, April 27-A Japanese newsman who was held in detetion in Cambodia for a week said today the people he saw all appeared to be well-fed and in good health. He said his observations convinced him that reports in the Western Press "Placed too much stress on the dark side" if life in Cambodia under Khmer Rouge rule.
